About us

Empowering people, strengthening communities, and shaping systems that work for everyone.

Since 2003, we’ve worked alongside communities to create opportunity, connection, and change — rooted in lived experience and guided by fairness.

Who We Are

GOS&D is more than a community organisation — it’s a movement for fairness, belonging, and opportunity. Born in 2003 from the determination of local young people, we’ve grown into a trusted voice and partner across Ealing. Our work is shaped by lived experience: we listen, learn, and co‑design solutions that build confidence, independence, and justice. Every programme, partnership, and campaign reflects the same vision — a society where everyone has the opportunity, dignity, and voice to thrive.

Our Mission

To empower people and communities to unlock their potential, challenge inequality, and build fairer systems — through person‑centred support, lifelong learning, and collective action.

Our Vision

A just and connected society where every person — regardless of background, language, or circumstance — has the opportunity, dignity, and voice to shape their own future.

Our Values

People First

We start with people — their strengths, stories, and ambitions. Person‑centred, shaped by lived experience.

Collaboration for Change

The best solutions are built together. We co‑design with communities, partners, and decision‑makers.

Learning in Action

We reflect, research, and adapt — turning insight into innovation and better outcomes.

Equity and Justice

We challenge inequality and build fairer systems rooted in dignity, opportunity, and representation.

Our Story

Current— Milestone
